Bioconnect Limited Warranty
RF Industries warrants Bioconnect cables, lead wires, adapters, and accessories to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for the following periods after date of purchase:
- Patient cables are warranted for 12 months.
- Lead wires, adapters and accessories are warranted for 30 days.
Should any product not meet warranty expectations within the warranty period, RF Industries will replace the product or issue a credit equal in value to the purchase price of the defective item, at the discretion of RF Industries, at no cost. Defective products must be returned on an RF Industries RMA number provided by an RF Industries sales representative or other authorized agent of RF Industries. Defective products must be returned to RF Industries within 30 days of the discovery of the defect in order to be considered for replacement or credit. Discarded items will not be considered for reimbursement. Credit or replacement will not be issued for products that have been damaged by misuse or improper handling of the product, or by unauthorized repair or modification of the device. Products returned for credit due to improper ordering of part number or quantity must be returned unopened. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
