Strain Relief Our uniquely designed, molded Santoprene® strain relief are designed to extend life expectancy of leads with improved flexibility.

Socket Recessed lead wire sockets are molded of Santoprene® over a gold plated 1.5mm BeCu spring contact and meet the requirements of DIN 42-802 and ANSI/AAMI EC53 specifications. The design for this socket has been carefully tuned to provide positive retention in our brand of patient cables.

Santoprene® rubber, which is latex free, is compatible with most cleaning solvent and can be sterilized using most common methods: gamma irradiation and EtO.

Pinch Leads

The Santoprene® insulated pinch/grabber is made with BeCu spring contacts, both in the pinch mechanism and snap contact points.

Snap Leads

Low profile, insert molded Santoprene® (TPE) snap leads offer secure attachment to snap electrodes. Classic teardrop design reduces tangling and increases patient comfort. Color coding per AHA and IEC standards. Snap overmolding can be customized with logo or use indicators in any requested color.

Lead Wire

Latex-free TPR insulation is impervious to most cleaning solvents and can be sterilized using most common methods: gamma irradiation and EtO. Conductor is made of Kevlar Tinsel for increased flexibility and minimal discontinuity of signal. All unshielded lead wire features 65-strand conductor and Santoprene® jacket for increased flexibility and flex life. By using the same material for molding flex relief and in the jacket, the maximum bond is achieved between components.

OEM Custom Leads

I think the description of what can be done with OEM leads was best described by a friend of mine when he said “How long is a piece of string and how much does it cost?” Although we offer many choices when it comes to standard leads (Pinch, Din, Snap)and many colors, the ability to create a lead or lead set per your requirements has almost limitless possibilities. We are dedicated to using our expertise, experience, creativity, and our desire to satisfy our customer to create any lead wire or lead wire set to your exacting specifications. We can also help you design your device as well as create any tooling or fixtures that might be needed also. Although there are limits to everything, think about that string when you consider our limits!

EEG/EMG Custom Leads

We offer EEG leads terminated in standard gold plated cups so familiar in todays medical clinics. We offer standard 6 and 12 lead color sets (12 lead are 6X2 colors). But we can put together any color or number combination that you need. We also offer silicone jacketed wire.
EMG Leads. Although we do not terminate leads to needles, we make subassemblies in your choice of length and color with the standard 1.5mm Din connector. We have various gauges of wire available also.

ECG/ Custom Leads

Cables are available color coded to Standard AHA, Alternate AHA, Standard IEC and Alternate IEC color configurations. Cables meet ANSI/AAMI EC53 specifications and requirements of DIN 42-802. Cables are fabricated using low noise and capacitance cable for optimum signal quality and Santoprene® (TPE) latex-free jacket, molded yoke and strain reliefs for increased cable life. TPE is impervious to most cleaning solvents.
